The Nestlé LEAD Program is an accelerated development initiative that blends hands-on training with personalized coaching, designed to cultivate future leaders with robust business acumen and essential leadership skills.

3. Select the "Take Assessment" button to navigate to the Pulsifi page.
4. Complete all application questions thoroughly.
5. Submit your application and begin the assessments.
Apply for the program->Take the online assessment->Qualify for the speed interview->Qualify for the Assessment Center-> You’re in!
The finalized candidates will be onboarded by July 2025
